Syllabus and Course Requirements

The official course syllabus will be passed out during the first class meeting and may be downloaded here. The remarks below summarize the main points of the course requirements.

Examinations
:
There will be four examinations during the course - three one-hour exams and a final. All exams are comprehensive and will be closed book and closed note
.  A formula sheet will be provide and only non-graphing calculators will be allowed.

Homework:
Weekly homework problem sets will be assigned and will count toward grades. Late homework will not be accepted.  

Grading:
Your course grade will be based on the following scale:
A > 90% >= B > 80% >= C > 70% >= D >= 60% > F.
The grade will be comprised of following components and corresponding weights:
Homework

Exam #1      
20%
Exam #2
20%
Exam #3
20%
Final Exam
25%
